#4 Why is another economic agent more needed now and in the future for nations and regions around the world?
The era of happy "Individuals"
Until now, I have been walking around many of nations and regions of the world, using my own foot. In each nation and region of the world, there are various things based on the scale and form of the business and economy.
There are various economic agents. Not limited to them, but for example, they are large companies (and other companies related to those large companies), mid-sized companies, small and medium-sized companies, self-employed etc.
And recently, there are not a few areas and sectors where the number of ambitious new and start-up-related people, such as venture companies, are increasing little by little. Under such circumstances, I think it will be necessary for local economies, national economies, regional economies, and their societies around the world to exert even greater power by and with “Another Economic Entity”. Of course, it will also go around and create positive impacts and cycles for the key major economic agents like mentioned above. Little by little, but it seems that people and regions that are beginning to pay more attention to such another economic agent are emerging around the world.

What is the “Another Economic Agent” and who is it?
Basically, they are still difficult to be accurately recognized and understood by the general public(In a sense, that's still fine though).
Sometimes it's not easy to see what they are actually doing (Actually, there are endless ongoing things that are being done and related by them, so people around them try to grasp the person with certain uniform thinking, something existing common type, frame, occupation, business form etc, but can hardly understand how the person they are) .
Even if they are the type of person who can somehow get along with anyone in some ways and some extent(It doesn't mean that they have a particularly bad relationship with someone in vain), but can’t make 100 friends with anyone.
They are ambitious, but not too traditional, old-fashioned, traditional mid-sized, small business owners and self-employed, workers in large corporations, governments and public institutions. Not in fast growing ventures, and they are some kind of unknown and mysterious.
They also value their goals, enjoyment, purpose of life, family, meaning and significance of work and business. They are also interested in expressing his own identity through entrepreneurship and affirms self-satisfaction. It is not made uniformly, it is not played thinly, and it can be said that each is a more human-like existence.
They were also primarily responsible and interested for cultivating the appeal and culture of the region not only in the short term but also in the medium to long term, in conjunction with or even more than their own work, business growth and their scale-up and entrepreneurial profits. Many startup venture companies defined in the world pursue scale quickly anyway, but they feel the significance of pursuing the attractiveness of the region not only in the short term but also in the medium to long term.
They are also community-oriented and people-oriented. There were places and people like "I will change the world, I will change the region" in conventional ventures, but they are not much interested in such places and people. Rather, they are interested in valuing the region, community, relationships, and people, and they also look at each business feasibility based on that. They also think that it will lead and link to their own happiness.

That is why we can say that they can support each other and coexist in the long run. In addition, it can be said that they can feel and understand the essence of business and management from the various, diverse, and deep physical experiences of their past (not just on the desk).
They know that business and management are basically “People”.
If they create value by doing what they want to do and what they are good at, customers and people will be happy, so they will want to have fun and do more, and they will be open to people who can collaborate through interaction and synergistic effects. In a community or society where people with such a stance and personality are connected in a network, chemical reactions are more likely to occur. And, instead of being vertically divided into economic and social communities, their creativity, planning ability, collaborative ability, and management skills are spread out and promoted horizontally there. Even large companies have been desperately trying to horizontally promote such cooperation and communication way within the company for a long time, but it is not easy to be successful.
They know that business and management are basically “People”.
If they create value by doing what they want to do and what they are good at, customers and people will be happy, so they will want to have fun and do more, and they will be open to people who can collaborate through interaction and synergistic effects.
In a community or society where people with such a stance and personality are connected in a network, chemical reactions are more likely to occur.
Of course, they don’t have any unproductive shackles, ties, restrictions, chained regions (regional versions of isolated countries), negative ideas and behaviors, stereotypes, biased politics, and religious views that have been ingrained for many generations.
So it is fresh and has no such things, and they have a positive influence on the surroundings. I think that this feeling of positiveness, positive mood and logic are much more necessary elements for revitalizing the economy and society more than many people think.
They are also rich and diverse in on-site businesses experience. There are differences between their people who are wide and deep, and people who are narrow and super deep, but what they have in common is that they are true professionals with retained skills, personality and mentality, and a passionate heart.
In addition, since they intentionally repeat new trials in new areas beyond their ability in their life, they naturally experience a lot of mistakes, hardships, and regrets, so can grow up in each time and their courage and contents inside are outstanding.

They are small, one by one, but they are interconnected and have a network (amoeba) behavior. They are good at creating businesses and synergies by combining them with each other, not just as a single business entity or individual.
The network is also lightly connected, spreading outside the prefecture state, region, and country and borders globally. Moreover, it is not just a connection on the Internet, but a human-to-human trust and trusted relationship.
Elderly people sometimes find it as surprising, but they properly follow and utilize the developed technology, polish their own qualities anytime, and continue to think and execute by themselves, so like their people who are constantly refining their own inner power can be equipped with that.
That abilities can’t be easily imitated and acquired today or tomorrow, and it is not like the power or content that can be learned only by entering a school. And it is not the abilities to be judged and measured only by the formal resume that is often sought after by our general public.
Of course, it is not only these elements, but even if you look only at the above elements, that are the parts that are currently lacking in many regions and countries around the world and are desperately trying to be filled with various projects (but can’t be filled well), so it seems to be something that must be more attracted to the regions in the future.

Necessary person in Region and Local
By the way, they are not the people of the dimension of "foreigners, youths, idiots", which is often said in the past as the region and local needs somebody new strangers, youths, idiots(positive meaning).
I think this difference is very important. The times are changing. In fact, in countries and regions where their national and regional management is beginning to be strategically turned around in the short and medium to long term, human professionals(not human resources) like them are gathering, mobilizing, and interacting (even in that regions, it seems that it is still insufficient, but the people in that areas are closely watching the current situation and making efforts). And of course, it is naturally the part that is exposed to international competition.
In addition, since they are not like superficial, they carefully identify and select their partner area in advance based on various evaluation criteria. This is a natural skill for entrepreneurs, business people, investors, business owners etc. This connoisseurship is needed in the area and region.
However, in most regions, it is difficult to see policies, plans, cultures, strategies that transcend boundaries, and mentality that focus on their existence.
Most of the projects that regions or locals are working on are things looks good because others are doing it, and that it looks like they will get results soon (seeing other success stories).
Although it is said that it is a new project, most of them are ideas, creations, strategies, and actions that are an extension of the past, and most of the human resources inside and outside the organization working together seem to be connected on the extension of their past.
So, the people gathering there are usually somehow same level, and same and similar geographically and mentally, so we can say that as only neighboring human’s community. The era when the theory of guts was somewhat understood, the number of people was increasing, gathering, and someone gathering even if they were silent according to economic up trends, has finally come to an end.

Will large companies rush to each region and local in the coming era?
We haven't waited for the reforms of many small and medium-sized enterprises, but are there sufficient resources inside for each?
Is it really enough in a medium- to long-term perspective with the short-circuited work-filling thinking by the side-business personnel of the trendy metropolitan area employees, because there are not enough advanced human resources inside?
Is it possible to rely only on the form with high volatility like venture companies?
In any case, it seems that neither is necessary or unnecessary, and it is not something that can be much relied on.
I just hope that there are many such strong individuals "they" around us worldwide, who will more come into contact with the economies and societies of each region and region of the world in a more diverse manner and play an active role in each field. Now the era is the era of individuals, and we are entering an era of strong synergies, complementary relationships, interactions, and a sense of balance through the open and fair gatherings of those strong individuals.
